Statistical Process Control (SPC)

In this micro-course, participants will learn how to develop and use control charts to analyze, improve, and control processes. The course will introduce the fundamentals of Statistical Process Control (SPC), explaining how control charts are used to monitor process behavior and maintain process stability. Participants will explore different types of charts, including average and range charts, p-charts, np-charts, c-charts, and u-charts. They will also learn how to calculate and recalculate control limits to ensure the continued efficiency and quality of processes. By the end of the course, participants will be equipped to apply SPC tools to improve and maintain process performance.
