Process Capability

This micro-course teaches participants how to evaluate and analyze the capability of a process to meet performance requirements. Participants will learn key concepts such as Cp, Cpk, Pp, and Ppk indices, how to interpret process variation, and how to assess whether a process is stable and capable of consistently producing quality outcomes. By the end of the course, they will be equipped to measure and improve process performance effectively.
