Measurement System Analysis (MSA)

In this micro-course, participants will learn the fundamentals of Measurement Systems Analysis (MSA) and its role in ensuring accurate data for Six Sigma projects. The course covers key concepts like Repeatability & Reproducibility (R&R), when MSA should be used, and the procedures for conducting assessments. Participants will apply their learning through hands-on exercises, including R&R studies with Minitab and templates for conducting MSA studies. This course will equip participants to evaluate and improve measurement systems for more reliable process improvement.
