Gemba Walks

In this micro-course, participants will learn how to design and implement Gemba Walks as a foundational practice for creating a long-term culture of continuous improvement within a company. Gemba Walks involve leaders and managers going to the actual place (Gemba) where value is created—whether in production, service, or any operational process. Through this practice, leaders can observe, engage with employees, and identify opportunities for improvement.
